Pella Soccer Club Premier Teams:
U12 and U14 IPSL Game Schedules
U14 Girls - Pella Oranjes
Comprised of players from Pella, this is the fifth year for this age group. With a combination of returning players and players moving up from last year's u12 Team. This team has high expectations after a successful year in the top division of U12 IPSL and a championship in the Kris Walters Memorial Tournament in Lincoln Nebraska. they will compete in the JUSC Girl's Fall Cup in Des Moines and the Heritage Invitational in Overland Park.
Head coach is Kyle Halfpop, Kyle is a former player on the Central College Men's team. He is currently an assistant with the Central Men's team as well as the Technical Director for the Pella Soccer Club.
Assisting Kyle this season will be parent coach Mike Buchheit, Mike has many years of recreational and competitive level coaching experience. Mike holds a NSCAA State "D" license.
U12 Girls - Pella Oranjes
Comprised of players primarily from Pella, this is the fourth year for this age group. With a core of returning players and a host of players moving up from successful U10 recreational teams, the team has expectations of a successful Fall season. In addition to IPSL league play, they will compete in the JUSC Girl's Fall Cup in Des Moines and the Heritage Invitational in Overland Park.
Head coach is Kyle Halfpop, Kyle is a former player on the Central College Men's team. He is currently an assistant with the Central Men's team as well as the Technical Director for the Pella Soccer Club.
Assisting Kyle this season will be Mark Howard and Ryan Thoreson. Mark is the Club's Director of coaching as well as Pella High School Assistant Coach. Mark has many years of recreational and competitive level coaching experience. Mark holds a NSCAA State "D" license . Ryan has several years of coaching experience with the Pella Soccer Club.
